We are very pleased, we have new colleagues, and the office is now even closer to important locations for our work, such as the Tax Agency, City Hall, banks, public parking, the North Station, as well as the metro (Xativa and Colon stations), not to mention the shops and the historic center (Carmen, Cathedral, etc.) which brings us closer to clients who want to enjoy the most beautiful part of the city when visiting us.

This law firm is looking for a bilingual Legal Assistant to join our team.
If you are fluent in both English and Spanish and are looking for a flexible, part-time position in a dynamic legal environment, this role is perfect for you. No formal legal studies are required, just a passion for organization and strong communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders in both languages.
- Organize and manage case files and legal documentation.
- Perform general office duties, including scheduling appointments and answering calls.
- Support with various administrative tasks and ensure timely filing of documents.
- Support administrative tasks including timely filing of documents and management of client tax, immigration and utility transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role (legal experience not required).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic office software.
- Ability to work independently and manage both in-office and remote tasks.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a legal setting.
